I have the right to deny/refuse any client and their commission at my personal incentive. This includes but is not limited to the following reasons;

Any and all art made by me is NOT to be used for AI / NFT or similar purposes and generative models. Any and all art made by me still belongs under my intellectual property. Any and all art made by me is not to be claimed to be made by the recipient or any other party.

Please inform me during the process what the usage of your commission will be, as for any and only personal usage including but not limited to; Profile Pictures, Headers, Backgrounds, Icons and more. Will be generally allowed unless told otherwise especially if I'm credited as said artist clearly.

If I find out you are mis-using the commissioned piece on purpose with no incentive to revert said mis-usage will be blacklisted and forwarded to other artists I have contact with.

As for Commission usage for commercial / promotional reasons; they shall be further discussed between both parties as implied usage may result in the commission being up-charged.

I will attempt my best to stay in touch & send updates on the commission throughout the entire process, staying in contact with the client for any changes they may want or envision.

Any "redlining" of said artwork is allowed to help me correct said work into the client's wanted vision, especially during early stages of the artwork.

As the commission proceeds throughout it's stages corrections and changes will be harder and more time-consuming to apply, which might become subject to a limit in changes which greatly varies depending on requested changes.

No is a No.

If I don't like it or don't want to do it, I won't and can't be forced or convinced to start, continue or finish the commission this is a final and is non-negotiable once it happens.

All commissions will be paid to me in EUROs (€).
Though something I will look into/take in possible consideration is price localization to a degree to countries with a greatly difference purchasing power compared to me.
As I'm not American/Part of any US-State or part of the UK, I have no access and no interest in the payment processor; Cash App and similar.

In terms of "Art I want to improve in";
Items of my particular interest might be subject to possible discounts due to my uncertain ability.
But don't push or attempt to force a discount out of me, as they'll only come from my free will and eagerness to improve.
Continuation of such action will strip any possibility of a discount indefinitely for that piece.

In terms of NSFW/18+ artworks;
I am able to be requested to draw any "smut" artworks though these will come at a higher cost compared to standard completely SFW works roughly with an +50% increase at the very end due to multiple factors. This IS multiplicative w/ Multiple Characters.

Though anything considered as Artistic Nudity will not be up charged, being nude is not inheritably sexual, that's a stigma I want to aid in avoiding.

I will give you the total calculated price once we've come to the conclusion of what you're looking for.

I will generally accept two paths of payments being the following;
A 100% payment of the entire commission upfront,
or a 50% payment upfront and a later 50% payment anytime before the finished product is given.

Before I have started & given examples of the given commission to the client if they wish for a refund, the payment will be 100% refunded.
For commissions other than (Refined) Sketches; after the sketch phase only 50% of the payment will be refunded. On later stages refunds might not be applicable.
If for any reason that I can't work on the commission anymore for extended periods of time due to any reason, proportional refunds will be able applied and to be discussed.

The primary way of payment will be handled via PayPal as for the time this is written down, which is subject to change for any and all reasons. Which includes availability to other countries to which will be looked into once problems arise.
